Test Analyst (CRM)
We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst (Digital) to join out IT Team here at Harrods. In this role, you will analyse requirements, design and execute test cases, validate system integrations
About the Role
As a Test Analyst (CRM) you will support the delivery of high quality SAP CX solutions—including Emarsys, SAP Analytics Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, CDC and Customer Data Platform. You will also execute manual and automated test cases, logging results and defects accurately in the test management tool
Your responsibilities will also include:
Identify, document, prioritise and retest defects in collaboration with developers and support teams
Verify that CX solutions meet functional, performance and security requirements, aligned to business requirements
Facilitate UAT sessions with end-users, gathering feedback and ensuring issues are addressed before go live
Analyse post release feedback and defect patterns to suggest process improvements and preventive measures
About You
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software testing, ideally within SAP CX environments, as well as being proficiency with test management tools (qTest, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence) and defect tracking.
You will also have the following.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, product owners, business analysts)
