Exploiting new and existing intelligence sources to enhance awareness and understanding of human rights issues and their relevance to our value chain.
Setting up, maintaining, and continuously evaluating a broad range of online research regimes using Open Source techniques to capture threat intelligence on relevant human rights concerns.
Developing and maintaining expertise in Open Source Research, including the exploitation of open source and third-party data, and assessing data quality.
Producing intelligence and briefing products that inform on human rights issues and support safeguarding, commercial, and brand protection decisions.
Applying analytical skills in collaboration with internal stakeholders—including GSR Threat Intelligence colleagues, the Security Council, and Intelligence Council—to understand specific risks, and deliver insights, data visualisations, and reports that support decision-making.
Maintaining a broad and current understanding of global human rights issues through active engagement with the Group Human Rights team in the UK and regional offices.
Staying informed on global geopolitical developments using internal and external sources, and assessing how these risks may impact the business and wider macro environment.
Participating in internal and external networking events, seminars, and learning opportunities to continuously improve the quality of threat intelligence provided to the business.
Supporting wider threat intelligence needs (e.g. geopolitical, fraud, crime) during periods of high demand or urgency.
Contributing intelligence and insights for training materials and assisting in the delivery of human rights training.
Helping to make the team a great place to work, including participating in team days and events.
