Trade Operations Manager
Tesco Ireland are seeking a Trade Operations Manager for its Head Office. The role will entail collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure the Trade Plan is simple, effective and achieveable for stores. The role involes working closely with Trade Planning, Supply Chain and Commercial to ensure we deliver sales through the right space, stock and time. Effective communication to deliver the Trade Plans are a key part of this role.
You will be responsible for:
Project development and management
Collaborating closely with all stakeholders to develop and deliver key benefits for stores to improve the shopping trip
Manage and control communication, ensuring stores operate at the highest level and promoting the smooth running of shops
Partner wth Store and Area Managers, as well as Retail Directors to gain continuous feedback to ehance the shopping experience for customers
Working with Finance and Procurement to ensure we keep within the budgetary constraints for each project
Innovate and deliver step changes to the way we commununicate with stores to ensure we deliver trade plans and propositions.
Collaborate with stakeholders through structured meetings, to challenge, agree and deliver the Trade Plan and Propositions for stores
You will need:
Retail management experience
Proven track record of managing project budgets
Strong IT skills
Demonstrated project management experience
