As a Warehouse Operative (Luton Equipment Centre), you’ll make sure our operations are up to scratch, keeping things moving and business booming. In our warehouse, you’ll be checking our stock, sorting and preparing our equipment, and supporting your colleagues so you can all do your best work.
This role encourages a mix of technical and team coordination, working with your colleagues to get things done. It’s a fast-paced and hands-on position, and no two days will be the same – perfect for someone who likes to stay busy and contribute to a growing business.

What you'll do
Inspect returns from stores
Responsible for intake pallets including checking deliveries and moving goods into designated storage areas
Perform accurate put away of stock into assigned warehouse locations following layout plans and safety standards
Sort and prepare returned equipment for re-slotting
Load and handle pallets so they can be taken to our stores
Work within the Corporate Code of Conduct and Company Principles
Supporting colleagues, when required, with warehouse operations
What you'll need
A willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Able to work to a high quality and with initiative
Have strong organisational and multitasking skills, and be able to highlight priorities in your workload
Be a reliable, trustworthy, and dependable team member
Ability to coordinate and encourage teamwork
