As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll make sure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From picking products to helping out in team tasks like checking stock, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You’ll work through your orders independently to help get our 2,000-plus products into the hands of happy customers, taking pride in the fact that without you, our shelves would be empty.
In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.

What you'll do
• Supplying transport units to the warehouse, and removing/disposing of any transport units unfit for operations
• Emptying all store returns containers (e.g. plastic / cardboard collection containers) in the respective area of the Recycling department
• Collecting waste and recyclables from the fixed stations throughout the warehouse
• Sorting all recyclables and other materials (e.g. eutectic plates, value recycling, compacting)
• Accepting HGV trailers returning from the stores, including checking the returned signed debrief
• Moving transport units from warehouse areas (e.g. transfers/recalls area, Non-Food area)
• Processing recyclables within the waste disposal area (e.g. operating the baler)
• Cleaning TKTs (e.g. using chain conveyors, jet-wash) and transporting empty TKTs for the pick
• Providing support for warehouse inventory (where necessary)
