Womenswear Garment Technologist

Are you an experienced Senior Garment Technologist looking for a fast-paced, high-volume role? Our client, a leading London-based fashion retailer, is looking for someone confident, hands-on, and able to hit the ground running.

This is a busy role where you’ll be overseeing the full garment tech process from development through to production. You’ll be working closely with design and suppliers, managing the critical path, and making sure everything runs smoothly in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll need to be comfortable leading fit sessions, troubleshooting issues, and dealing with more challenging situations—whether that’s resolving production problems or handling tricky supplier conversations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are key.

Experience working on the supply side is highly beneficial, and a background in fast fashion is essential.

There will also be monthly travel to the warehouse in Wales, so you’ll need to be happy being on-site when needed.
