Fabletics have made a number of new hires as part of its plans to grow the business.

Karen Pornillos has been appointed as vice president of design and fashion director. Prior to this she was vice president of women’s design at Lululemon, her past roles have also included working with Free People.

In a second appointment, Nancy Arnold has taken up the position of vice president, creative director after joining the business from Ann Taylor where she collaborated with Hudson on a capsule collection.

Meanwhile, Shefali Shah has become vice president of merchandising after working with Victoria’s Secret for ten years.

Adam Goldenberg, chief executive of Tech Style, told WWD: “It’s crazy to think about how fast we’ve grown. Kate and I talk all the time about how do we continue to evolve the brand and ensure growth rate. How do we serve all of our customers?”
