SuperGroup, the international branded clothing company have seen an increase in like-for-like sales for the year up to April 29th, rising by 12.7%. The company has benefitted from a weaker pound, leading to increased international sales which has been evident in the rising sales of its SuperDry brand, which closed the year with 555 Superdry branded store locations including franchises. Sales totalled at £750.6m, with CEO Euan Sutherland, noting that, "We remain focused on the consistent execution of the strategy outlined in early 2015. This global multichannel growth strategy balances opening stores, developing new wholesale partners, and driving our strong eCommerce proposition to expend the reach of the brand and further diversify our business model."
