Monday

8.30am interview buyer | 9.30am write up notes, talk to clients about them | 10.00am go through ToDo list and answer queries from candidates and clients | 11.00am telephone meeting booked with client to take on new brief | 11.30am brief colleagues on new vacancy | 12.30pm vacancy meeting with team | 1.00pm-ish  lunch | 2.00pm inteview an ecommerce manager |  3.00pm write up notes, discuss with clients | 3.30pm to 4.30pm discuss new vacancy with clients | 4.30pm catch up on candidates that I haven’t spoken to | 5.30pm deal with all ad responses and booking people in for interviews.

Tuesday

8.30am check interview responses and book in | 9.30am make headhunt calls for new clients | 10.30am review social media for new potential contacts |11.30am make marketing calls to clients | 12.30pm-2.30pm lunch with client | 3.00pm  interview with assistant merchandiser | 4.00pm write up notes | 4.30 check ad responses and clear ToDo list | 5.30pm interview with super good merchandiser.

Wednesday

8.30am early interview for potential internal candidate | 10.00am write up notes | 11.00am-1.00pm visit client at their HO (get sandwich on way back) | 2.00pm brief colleagues on client visit | 2.30pm meet with colleagues about whether to advertise on different job boards | 4.30pm meeting with Retail Appointment about advertising | 5.30 drinks with colleagues.

Thursday

8.30am telephone interview with candidate in Dubai | 9.30am write up notes | 10.00am review advert responses and book on interviews |11.00am  various calls to clients and candidates about applications in process | 1.00pm-ish lunch | 2.00pm interview with buyer | 2.30pm write up notes | 3.00pm marketing calls for new business | 4.30pm headhunt calls and research until 6.00pm.

Friday

8.30am breakfast meeting with client | 10.00am brief colleagues on new vacancies, sort ad responses | 12.00pm interview with buyer | 1.00pm-ish lunch | 2.00pm training a new colleague | 3.00pm interview with merchandiser | 4.00pm write up notes | 4.30pm end of week meeting with colleagues, clear To Do list | 5.30pm pub with colleagues. Yippee!
