Asos has announced that sales for the first half of the year have risen 34% to £482m as the firm attracted 2.2 million brand new customers.
The British online retailer which now has 8.2 million active customers in total has been reflecting on its infrastructure investment to make sure that it moves quicker on the pace for meeting future demands.
On Wednesday ASOS made a pre-tax profit of £20.1 million in the six months to the end of February, down from £25.7 million in the same period last year.
The company is planning to spend £68m on investment this year.
