It has been reported that Austin Reed, the popular British retailer is to sell its store on Regent Street.
The company will be appointing international property agents James Andrew to help sell the 35,000 sq ft property, which also possess an unused 12,000 sq ft basement.
The property agent reportedly expects the property to sell for over £20 million, and currently has a rental price of £1.7 million.
Potential retailers interested in the property include Mango, who have the store next door and may be looking to expand. Uniqlo are also said to be interested.
Austin Reed has been looking at other stores in the West End as part of a restructure of its wider store estate.
