Currys has teamed up with Samsung to offer customers discounts on selected Samsung products when they trade in any unwanted tech items.
During July, customers will be able to get between 10% and 15% off over 390 Samsung products across 17 different categories when they swap old electrical items for a discount code in-store.
The initiative builds on Currys’ existing ‘Cash for Trash’ scheme, which guarantees customers a £5 voucher when they take an old tech item to a Currys store. The unwanted items are then either harvested for parts, refurbished and re-sold as pre-loved, or broken down and recycled.
