Fashion chain Fat Face has announced its intention to float on the London Stock Exchange, raising an estimated £110 million to reduce its debt pile.
The move will value the company at an estimated £440 million.
Chairman Sir Stuart Rose said that the recent successes of the company made the timing of a flotation ideal.
The news follows announcements from companies including Shoe Zone, Card Factory and Patisserie Valerie that they intend to become publicly listed.
