The fashion retailer Ted Baker has appointed Andrew Jennings as a non-executive director.

The former Karstadt Group chief executive will be joining the Ted Baker board on 1st February and will be appointed to the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Jennings has held senior positions at a number of UK and international retailers including Saks Fifth Avenue, Holt Renfrew, Harrods, House of Fraser, Brown Thomas and has also recently been appointed as the senior retail adviser to the Myers department store group in Australia.
