The Co-operative Group has appointed Labour's former City minister, Lord Myners, to lead a review into its corporate governance. Lord Myners will join the group’s board with immediate effect at a “crucial” time in its development.
Lord Myners told BBC Radio 5 live that he would be paid a nominal £1 a year in his new position.
