The future of the Air France airline in “at stake” according to France’s transport minister, as a dispute with its pilots continues.
Speaking on French radio, Alain Vidalies said the company must expand its low cost business in order to survive.
"The low cost [sector] is not a choice, it's an obligatory move, that's reality. I think pilots are fully aware of this," he said.
The pilot’s strike is now in its second week, costing the airline up to Eu15 million per day.
