Halfords have made Loraine Woodhouse their new chief financial officer.

Loraine is due to join the business on the 1st November. Prior to this role she held senior finance roles at the John Lewis Partnership including acting group finance director.

In her new position she will succeed Jonny Mason who previosuly announced that he is leaving Halfords at the end of this month.

Graham Stapleton, Halfords chief executive, said: “I am delighted that Loraine will be joining Halfords as CFO and look forward to working with her. She has extensive finance leadership within service-based retail and will be a great addition to the senior team. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Jonny Mason and to wish him every success in the future."
