Former Holland & Barrett chief digital officer, Nick Thomas, has joined Missguided as chief digital officer but also taking on the role of chief commercial officer.

Having joined the company in September 2021, his responsibilities include overseeing the brands e-commerce, digital marketing, operations and trading functions.

Following the departure of Jonathan Wall, the chief digital officer role has been left empty since 2019, with head of digital Nicola Tibbs taking on the majority of the responsibilities.

Thomas held his position at chief digital officer at Holland & Barrett for two years, having previously worked in similar roles for Travis Perkins and The Works.
