Kim Kardashian-West has won $2.7m in damages from Missguided USA, after accusing the fast fashion retailer of copying her outfits.
She took the US arm of the brand to court, claiming that it was using her name to sell clothes and was ‘notorious’ for ‘knocking off’ designer items that she had worn.
The retailer decided not to defend itself, and was ordered to pay $2.7m by the court.
It has also been banned from using the reality stars ‘trademarks in connection with the sale, marketing or distribution of its products’.
Kim has previously spoken about how, on a number of occasions, she will be pictured in a clothing item and an identical design would be available for sale on fast fashion sites.
