Mulberry has said that it has taken full control of its operations in Korea with the acquisition of a minority interest in Mulberry (Korea) Co, Ltd.
The brand has acquired the 40% share capital previously owned by SHK Holdings Limited, making it now a wholly owned subsidiary of the group.
SHK handled the brand locally for a long period of time before setting up the jointly owned business last year.
