It has been announced that the shopping centre in Solihull, Touchwood has welcomed newcomer Pandora to the centre and will see existing tenant Next upgrade to a larger store of 25,000 sq ft.
Next will now be placed near River Island, Monsoon and H&M and will work over two floors offering the full range of the fashion retailer’s collections.
Next commented: “We have great loyal customers in the Solihull area and, because of this, we thought it was only right to increase the store size. Doing so will not only bring more products, but make the shopping experience more enjoyable too.”
Meanwhile, popular jewellery retailer Pandora will be located in a new 3,400 sq ft store offering its entire range including Rose and Essence Collections.
Other retailers that have opened at Touchwood in the last year are Joules, Thomas Cook, Five Guys, Monsoon and Smiggle.
Head of retail asset management at Lendlease, Guy Thomas, who own the centre, said: “Next’s decision to upsize follows their consistently strong performance at Touchwood. At the same time, Pandora is a great complement to Touchwood’s existing mix, which provides visitors with the most comprehensive retail and leisure offer in the West Midlands.”
