Tracy Clements joins Tesco as Managing Director for Convenience

Supermarket Tesco has announced that Tracy Clements will become the managing director for Convenience and CEO of One Stop.

Current One Stop CEO Tony Reed will be leaving the company after 38 years. When Ms Clements takes over, responsibilities will include developing Tesco’s convenience offers across the One Stop convenience stores and the Metro Express.

With 14 years’ experience with the company, Ms Clements has been vital in developing the format of Tesco Express.

Tony Hoggett, Tesco UK retail director, said: “I’m delighted to confirm that Tracey Clements has been appointed as the Managing Director for Convenience and CEO of One Stop. Her wealth and breadth of experience will support the teams in developing this key part of our business as well as helping us serve our customers a little better every day.”
