Travis Perkins has promoted Nick Pinney to property director.
Mr Pinney is due to take up his role from November 1st, he will succeed Martin Meech who is retiring at the end of 2021 when he will become a non-executive director of the group.
Mr Pinney joined Travis Perkins in 2014 as divisional property director and in 2019 was promoted to the role of property director for the group’s merchant businesses. In his new position, he will oversee the Travis Perkins’ £1 billion property business that includes a portfolio of more than 1300 buildings. He will also be responsible for the continued growth and development of the group’s estate.
