Victoria’s Secret has appointed Greg Unis as brand president for Victoria’s Secret & Pink and Anne Stephenson as its new chief merchandising officer.

In a statement, the company said it was making the move to “further advance its strategic pillars of strengthening the core, igniting growth and transforming the foundation”.

Unis joined the business in 2016 and most recently worked as chief growth officer at Victoria’s Secret & Co, where he was responsible for growth through new business development, international expansion, and mergers and acquisition opportunities. He also led the real estate, store design and construction teams.

Prior to joining the business, he was global head of men’s and licensing merchandising for Coach, and held senior positions at Brooks Brothers and Gap.

In his new position, he will lead the design, merchandising, creative, planning, strategic patterning and business development functions while continuing to report to Martin Waters, chief executive of Victoria’s Secret & Co.

Meanwhile Anne Stephenson will be joining the company next month after most recently serving as chief merchandising and product officer of Torrid. She will report directly to Unis. She previously worked for more than 15 years with Victoria’s Secret but has recently served in chief merchant roles at Full Beauty Brands and Torrid.
