Account Director

I have worked at RHR since 2002 and work across all retail roles focusing primarily on recruiting for HR and Retail Operations at all levels.  I cover the whole of the UK and like the fact that my tenure in the role allows me to enjoy long term relationships with both clients and candidates. My background within HR and operations makes recruiting for these sectors a natural fit. 

Most recruiters move from consultancy to an in-house role, but I made the reverse move. Prior to RHR, I worked in-house at Coffee Republic plc, where I enjoyed an action packed two years recruiting talented managers to help the business grow rapidly from 50 stores on joining to 102 on leaving. This was a fast-paced role working with a great team of people driving internal development and attracting external talent to join the management team.  

Prior to this I worked at TGI Friday’s, with my final role being training & development manager. This was an incredibly rewarding role focused on both developing the talented group of managers and organising the training for new stores through the talented new store opening teams.
