HR Business Partner
Appointed to this role in July 2017, this was a natural progression for me after having spent several years supporting with HR duties. I started with the company eight years ago as a resourcing assistant/receptionist based at our London office. Four years later my role had evolved into office manager and I am now the first point of contact for everything HR as well as supporting with our internal recruitment.
Prior to RHR I was a retail manager for the flagship Regent Street branch of French Connection. Joining the company straight from school as a sales assistant I quickly worked my way up to management, helping to manage a team of 40 with a turnover of £5million. With the hopes of finding a new role after a successful three years in retail, I registered with RHR and they kept me for themselves.
I am a keen holiday go-er, having travelled to Dubai, Croatia, Thailand, Las Vegas and throughout California in the last few years.
