Associate Director
As the Associate Director at RHR, Russell has a role in overseeing the media divisions of Retail Appointment and Together Communications. His primary focus is sourcing new clients and ensuring the utmost level of service is delivered to existing clients.
Russell's journey in the industry commenced as an account manager for the Retail Appointment job board and job fair. Through handling numerous significant retail and hospitality accounts, he has amassed a wealth of knowledge, especially in negotiating with media to secure the best return on investment for his clients.
Twice a year, in March and September, Russell organizes The Retail Appointment Live event. Held in the heart of Central London at Russell Square, this event attracts an impressive average of 3000+ quality professionals working in store operations, restaurants, and head offices. The event hosts approximately 40 exhibitors, including some of the biggest names in the retail and hospitality industries.
